Evaluation Planning

We'll work to identify your evaluation’s purpose, narrow down evaluation questions, outline your data collection methods, and timeline. You'll think critically about which of your activities, processes, or outcomes you and your stakeholders need to learn more about to improve.

We'll do this by moving through four stages:

Stage 1

Review your context

Identify priorities with key stakeholders

Develop evaluation questions

Stage 2

Review the literature

Develop data collection instruments

Stage 3

Develop a timeline

Review alignment

Stage 4
Finalize evaluation plan
