Michelle Molina, M.A.
You’re working hard to improve your community! How do I know? Because I grew up participating in a lot of programs filled with passionate people. They not only made my community a better place, but also gave me the tools I needed to pursue higher education and ultimately a better life. That’s why I want to help you achieve your mission.
It’s difficult for you to step away from the important work you’re doing to figure out the data. That’s why I fell in love with evaluation. It allows me to help people use data. Together we can figure out what data you should be collecting and/or understand how to interpret your data. I’d love to help you use data to better understand your work, make better decisions, and improvements.
My Masters in Education from UCLA focusing on Social Research Methodology gave me the technical tools I need to help you collect both quantitative and qualitative data. Plus, my experience working with a variety of organizations has made me understand that effective evaluations must focus on use, be done in partnership with key stakeholders, and consider the systems programs live in. I truly believe that effective data use can equip those working to improve their communities with the knowledge they need to make the greatest impact.
